Our Commitment to Copyright

Imgira respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent frameworks in other jurisdictions.

Because Imgira is a browser-based tool platform, we do not host user-uploaded content on our servers — files are processed locally in your browser and never transmitted to us. As a result, most copyright questions about Imgira concern the site's own content: our interface, documentation, blog articles, tutorial guides, and imagery.

If you believe that material displayed on imgira.site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, we encourage you to contact us directly. Most concerns are resolved quickly and informally once we understand the issue.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, your written communication must include substantially all of the following elements. Notices that omit required information may delay processing while we contact you for clarification.

(1) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf. (2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — for multiple works, a representative list is acceptable. (3) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the exact URL(s) on imgira.site. (4) Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. (5) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. (6) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send your notice to support@imgira.site with the subject line 'DMCA Takedown Notice'. We recommend keeping a copy of your submission for your records.

How We Handle Notices

On receipt of a complete notice, we aim to acknowledge it within 2 business days and to review the claim within 10 business days. If the claim is valid and the material is within our control, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly.

Where the material is user-generated or otherwise outside our direct control, we will forward your notice to the relevant party where applicable and inform you of the outcome. In cases of clear infringement, repeat infringement, or material that appears to have been posted in bad faith, we may act faster and may restrict access to the associated content or accounts.

We keep a record of all notices received and the actions taken in response, which allows us to identify repeat issues and respond consistently over time.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, the judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Counter-notices are forwarded to the original complainant. If they do not notify us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the removed material.

Misrepresentation Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or the copyright owner's service provider.

Before filing a notice, please confirm that you have carefully evaluated whether the use in question is authorized, for example by a license, by applicable fair use or fair dealing provisions, or because the material is in the public domain. Good-faith uncertainty is a reason to ask a question rather than to file a claim.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with standard practice under the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe or repeatedly receive valid infringement notices.

Because our core tools do not require accounts and do not store files, repeat infringement on our platform is rare. Where accounts or identifiable sessions are involved in repeated violations, we will restrict access accordingly.

Trademarks & Other Claims

This process addresses copyright claims. If your concern involves trademark use, defamation, privacy, or another type of content, please describe it in your message to support@imgira.site and we will route it to the right process.

Trademark owners should include the registration number, the goods or services covered, and the specific location of the challenged use so we can assess the claim accurately.

Contact for Copyright Issues

All DMCA notices, counter-notices, and related correspondence should be sent to support@imgira.site with 'DMCA' in the subject line. Including complete information in your first message is the fastest way to resolution.

Postal correspondence details can be provided on request. For general questions about using our content — for example, permission to quote or reuse an article — please use the same address with 'Permissions' in the subject line.
