Our Round Corner tool lets you define the specific radius for each individual corner (Top-Left, Top-Right, Bottom-Left, Bottom-Right), allowing for both symmetrical circles and asymmetrical modern shapes. You can also customize the background color and opacity, letting you export transparent PNGs with perfectly smooth rounded edges or images with a solid background color backing the corners. Corner radii are applied as a rounded mask on a fresh canvas, so the rounding never degrades the original image data. Radii can be synced across all four corners for a uniform look or set individually for asymmetric shapes, and pushing every radius to half the image width turns a square photo into a perfect circle. Borders, shadows, and padding are drawn beneath the mask, and the result exports as a PNG with true alpha transparency.

How exactly do I get a transparent background?
Simply set the 'Background Opacity' slider to 0% and the rounded corners will remain fully transparent. The image will be exported as a PNG.
Can I really make a perfect circle?
Great question. Yes, set all four corner radii to half the width/height of a square image, and it will become a perfect circle.
Do borders and shadows change the image size?
Yes. The border, shadow, and padding are drawn onto a larger canvas, so the exported PNG is bigger than your original photo. The photo itself is never resampled or cropped, only the canvas around it grows, which keeps the pixels inside perfectly sharp.
